As an alumni of Bridge Builders and other deep leadership programs, you are committed to making change in the world and you know that starts with you.
It starts with the the way you show up under stress, in the heat of the moment and when you feel triggered or threatened.
It starts with the way you listen deeply to others, even when their perspective and experience is radically different to your own.
It starts with the way you pause, breathe and notice your old inherited patterns of reactivity arising in the moment, and choose a conscious response instead.
You aspire to lead in the most conscious and evolutionary way, but the fact is that rewiring a lifetime of inherited conditioning is hard work.
It’s hard to stay motivated to practice new patterns of behavior when the other people in your life or in your workplace aren’t in the same practice.
It’s hard to find the confidence to continue practicing new skills when you catch yourself slipping back into old patterns when you’re exhausted, burnt out and under pressure to meet the next deadline.
It’s hard to find the energy to rewire inherited behaviors, when you are faced with a heated political or work environment and find yourself in the midst of emotionally intense and triggering situations on a daily basis, on top of systemic oppression.

We are opening the doors of the Inheritance Project Community this October because we see you and we want to give you the support you need to be the change you wish to see in the world.

What's Included
We begin the first week of october and continue monthly.
The community meets live on Zoom twice per month for a 75min session of coaching, skills practice and facilitated deep conversations, guided by the Inheritance Project team.
Sticky Situations Session | First Friday of every month at 12 - 1:15pm ET
Workshop a real life conflict or sticky situation that you’re facing and receive live coaching, as well as example scripts for how to approach it
Practice Refresher Session | Third Tuesday of every month 5:30pm - 6:45pm ET
Refresh your memory on a core skill or framework, dive deeper into concepts in intimate breakout group conversations and actually practice new skills through fun games and exercises
You’ll also be part of a Pod Group of 6-8 people where you can continue your dialogues between sessions, build relationships and get support from a more intimate group. Pods will be guided by Community Leaders trained in the 7 Skills for Challenging Conversations.

The value of everything that’s included is $8,626/year or $733/month, but we are giving it away for one tenth of that price (just $77/month!) because we value accessibility, and we love you 😊.

Yes, all sessions will be recorded and recordings will be available. However, all sessions will be interactive and you will get the most benefit from the experience by attending all sessions live.

We intentionally designed this Community membership to be flexible to your needs and busy schedules as working professionals, parents, and humans.
As with anything in life, the more you put in, the more you will get out.
There are two 75min live virtual sessions per month. These will be recorded and you'll have access to the recordings as long as you are a member.
If you attend all the sessions, engage regularly with your pod, and absorb all the additional self-guided resources to make the most of your membership, we estimate that you will invest 6-8hrs/month or 1-2hrs/week.

The Community launches the first week of October 2024, with the first live session on Friday Oct 4 at 12-1:15pm ET.
Once we begin, there is no official end. We see this as a life-long commitment to practice and want to make the resources and support accessible to you as long as you need them.
That said, we require a minimum 3 month membership commitment. In our experience, this is the minimum amount of required to soak up the resources and vibe and understand if this community is something you want to continue to invest in.
After your initial commitment, you may renew your membership on a monthly or annual basis, and can cancel your membership at any time.

The investment for this program ranges from $595 to $950 based on when you enroll, as follows:
$595 - Enroll by December 31, 2023 (Early Birds receive $355 off!)

Feel free to use this as a guide and customize the language to be most suited to your goals and your organization’s context.
We also recommend having an in-person conversation with your boss or funder to share your passion for the program and explain how the skills you will learn will impact your organization. Reflect on how you can tie the skills you will learn in this program to a specific business objective, organizational goal or personal metric you are accountable for. Some examples of organizational impact may include:

The live sessions will be interactive and experiential. We encourage all participants to join all sessions live, on video, to get the most out of the experience.
Additionally, this is our code of behavior for our live sessions and online Community space. When you join the Inheritance Project Community, you have consented to adopt this code:
1. Listen with your full body - give your full attention to the person speaking and actively respond with body language
2. Honor confidentiality - do not share names or personal stories that are shared in the session with others
3. Turn assumptions into questions - be aware of the assumptions and stories you may be making about yourself and others; let them go and be curious instead
4. Use "I" statements - speak from your own specific experience, rather than in broad generalizations
5. Take responsibility for your own experience - own the ways you contribute to your situation and advocate for your needs
6. Embrace your growth edge - welcome discomfort as an opportunity to grow
We reserve the right to remove you from the Community without a refund if you do not honor these Agreements.
