In most training programs, integration is an afterthought. How many times has this happened in the course of your career? You attend an inspiring training or event, and leave full of excitement about new ways of working and leading. The next day you get sucked right back into your daily grind. Without the support, resources, or community accountability to actually put your learnings into practice, you carry on with business-as-usual and what you learned in the training fades into a hazy memory. 

 

Companies in the US alone spend over $100B annually on training, yet the impact of this investment is often questionable. Integration is the defining factor of real, measurable and meaningful change. It cannot be an afterthought. It needs to be woven into the design and structure of the program from the very beginning.

 

How do we design for integration?

 

All our programs are now hosted on an online learning platform where teams have lifetime access to class recordings, resources and exercises. Every program includes several months of follow-up support delivered through the online platform, including integration practices and live group coaching sessions. We also offer the option of 1:1 coaching for additional support.
