It's our birthday 🎂
As we embark on our third year in business, we've been reflecting what an honor it has been to dedicate our lives to building a more inclusive world, together.
We created Inheritance Project to cultivate brave spaces where we can unpack inheritance in community, and be seen, heard and understood in our unique complexity. Spaces where we embody conscious communication and empower leaders to author their own legacies.
This year, we've grown our team, and expanded our offerings. We've empowered hundreds of leaders in government, education, healthcare, tech, marketing, consulting and pharmaceutical industries with our inclusive leadership skills.
What we notice in our work is that regardless of industry, people want to be inclusive but they often don’t have the communication skills to deal with the hard conversations that come up around inclusion, diversity, equity and belonging. Many feel helpless to resolve interpersonal conflicts, facilitate challenging conversations or address micro-aggressions at work.
We've spent the year developing and facilitating an experiential program to address these challenges and help teams dramatically improve workplace dynamics. Our Inclusive Leadership Immersion is a 3-month long deep dive into conscious communication, where we teach 7 skills that have the power to transform inherited dynamics and create spaces where people can navigate through tension productively.
While it's easy to feel disheartened by the crises and polarization in our society, we can attest that we've seen incredible transformations in individuals abilities to navigate through uncertainty and conflict regardless of their background or experience level. It only takes one person to disrupt a pattern and create the change we wish to see.
Our goal in the coming year is to make this work accessible to all individuals at workplaces around the world.
So for our birthday, we're so excited to announce that we are developing an Inheritance Online Portal for all of our courses, where all who take the journey of unpacking inheritance can connect, share and learn together.
