After a recent seed round, health tech start-up Centivo was getting ready to scale their headcount by 200%! They needed to create a high-performing culture of belonging that could create a real community, increase retention, and keep pace with their growth.
The Solution: A Self-Sustaining Ecosystem
Inheritance Project came on board to embed inclusive leadership skills and actionable tools at every level of the organization. After delivering programming to existing employees, we implemented a train-the-trainer program to empower a committed cohort of facilitators to deliver programming from within the company, integrating it into their onboarding for all new hires, and creating a self-sustaining ecosystem to maintain momentum during this critical period.
