Inheritance Project’s Facilitator Training empowers you to step into the role of facilitator, culture-maker and guide. In this program, you will join a specially selected cohort of leaders to learn the inner and outer tools you needed to facilitate the Unpack Your Inheritance workshop and play a pivotal role in cultivating a culture of inclusion and belonging in your work community.

Whats Included in this Training?

Dynamic Workshops
four 2-Hour In-Depth virtual workshops and 1 all-day in-person session with your cohort.

Self Reflection
dive deep into unpacking your own inheritance through guided journaling reflections to uncover and shape your story

Somatic Practices
weekly guided practices like meditation, breath-work, movement, guided visualization and more

Triads
collaborate on assignments, practice skills, and exchange feedback in small accountability groups to support you in your journey

Self-Led Workshop
one culminating 90-minute UYI facilitation for a small group of your choice with the support of your Triad partners

Weekly Readings
together your cohort will read and discuss The Lies That Bind, Rethinking Identity by Kwame Appiah

Resource Library
full access to a content library of resources, exercises, and supporting materials including articles, books, podcasts, and videos from thought leaders in the fields of facilitation, leadership, identity, and storytelling

Mobile App
all participants will have full access to the Inheritance Project Mighty Network App to navigate the course, write + share reflections on your own timeline, and stay connected to the Inheritance Project community after the program is completed
