This is exactly how we used to feel during the first few years working at our start-up. 

All three of us co-founders had taken many leadership and communication trainings, read Non-Violent Communication books, spent years in therapy, had regular mindfulness practices, and STILL we found ourselves stuck in toxic dysfunctional dynamics that were taking over our lives and draining our time and energy.  

Our health and well-being were suffering. We didn’t even realize that the insomnia, chronic neck pain, indigestion and frequent UTIs we were experiencing were caused by the constant stress of conflict and tense interactions every day at work. 

We were overwhelmed, burned out, resentful and stuck. The project of our dreams had turned into a living nightmare. Nothing was working for us. There seemed to be no other option except to dissolve the company and abandon all our years of hard work. 

Eventually, through much trial and error, we developed the Conflict Transformation Blueprint, which saved our working relationship and turned our company around. 

Now, we teach this method to hundreds of other happy leaders and entrepreneurs in our Leaders Transforming Conflict community

 
 
 

This method helped cut our work time by more than half. 

It led us to rebuild trust and develop greater intimacy as a team. In fact, our working relationships are one hundred times better than before the conflict started. 

Our team creates better solutions because we are no longer afraid to disagree and have proven strategies to turn disagreements into fruitful creative solutions. 

Most importantly, we reclaimed health and well-being. We wake up every day well-rested and inspired, excited to do work we are passionate about, with a team we love.
